That's why I'm excited to share with you my interview with systems strategist Devin Lee. Devin designs and builds custom systems for quickly growing businesses. Inside her own business, she’s created a few organizers I found fascinating and I think you will too:

After hearing Devin’s approach, I went back to my own lead tracker and made a helpful adjustment. I used to just track the first place someone learned about me but now I’m tracking first touchpoint as well as the last touchpoint before they reach out. A much more useful picture!
