What to do when your marketing isn't working 🌨️
Have you ever wondered why your marketing strategy didn't go as planned? It can be hard to know what went wrong. Was it the channel? Was it the message? Was it the timing? And if you don't know what went wrong, it's really hard to make it better.
Have you ever wondered why your marketing strategy didn't go as planned?
It can be hard to know what went wrong. Was it the channel? Was it the message? Was it the timing?
And if you don't know what went wrong, it's really hard to make it better.
In this week's episode of The Low Energy Leads Show, I share a practice called Discovery Boards. It's a way to break down your problem into manageable pieces. Far too often, we work off of assumptions without evidence. Discovery Boards guard against that and provide an opportunity to see what's actually going on.
Discovery Boards are a visual representation of what a prospect or customer went through. They include:
Screenshots of landing pages, posts, messages, scripts, etc
Data about how many people made it step to step
Quotes from prospects or customers related to each step
Questions you have about what could be the issue
Test ideas you want to try
When you watch the episode, you might think "well, Lex that was pretty simple." Sure, the practice itself is simple. But it has brought multi-million dollar insights to teams I've worked with for years so I'm sharing it with you because all the evidence I have points to major impact.
Sometimes, people ignore the simplest answer and choose to live life in hard mode.
Not us, my friends! Over here, we learn fast and test things. Tune into the episode and try out discovery boards using my free Canva template.
