My favorite TV show Felicity is hitting the air for the first time and the gone-too-soon musician Elliott Smith has just released his beloved album “XO.”

Me? I’m a kid trying to survive high school and ALL I WANT is to go to NYU to study film. 🤩 

For some reason, I thought that NYU held the answers to my future as a filmmaker. I had built it up in my mind as the place I needed to be. But why? I didn’t actually know.

Fast forward a couple years later. I get accepted into NYU film school.

But, in a wild twist of events, I smash my own dream and choose not to go.

How come?
